Job Title: Sales & Marketing Representative.

Job Summary:

Responsible for promoting and sale of Geo Attendance product to customers. This role involves developing marketing strategies, identifying potential customers, generating leads, and closing sales deals.  Sales Enablement and customer retention.  Providing feedback to management regularly.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Geo Attendance.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments and target markets.
  • Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, online platforms, and referrals.
  • Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and provide product for free trail and demos.
  • Present and demonstrate products to customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • To create compelling marketing materials, presentations and online content.
  • Adapt sales strategies accordingly to Market conditions.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, leads generated, and sales performance.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • MBA (or final semester) in sales or Marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Compensation and Benefits:

6 months probation with 8000/- stipend. On successful completion of probation 15000/- fixed and 5000/- variable pay.

Working Conditions:

6 days a week with minimum 8 hours per day. May require travel and any specific conditions that may be relevant to the job.
